Welcome to the Florida Chapter of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese! We are an organization that supports the study of the Spanish and Portuguese languages in the State of Florida.

Congratulations to Linda Villadoniga of Creekside High School in St. John's County. Her student, Michael Grew is the FFLA High School Student of the Year.

Congratulations to Janet Robles and Donna Guzzo of Cunningham Creek Elementary School. Their student Monye Ford is the FFLA Elementary School Student of the Year.

National Spanish Exam News:

Congratulations to Janice Jackson of St. Johns Country Day School in Orange Park.           One of her students won a $1000 scholarship!

Congratulations to Gloria Munoz of St. Petersburg High School in St. Petersburg.  One          of her students won a Global Citizen Award to study at the Concordia Language Villiage       in Bemidji, MN!
